Insecticides Limited (HIL) invites applications for the posts of Management
Trainees and Graduate Engineer Trainees.
Position and Vacancies:
- Management Trainee (MT) (total vacancies 11) in the disciplines of Finance (4), Personnel & HR (3) and Commercial (4)
- Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) (total vacancies 14) in the disciplines of Chemical Engineering (7), Mechanical Engineering (3), Electrical Engineering (2), Instrumentation Engineering (1) and Civil Engineering (1).
- For MT (Finance) - Passed final examination of ICAI or ICWA or MBA (Finance)
- For (Personnel & HR) - MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/HR or MSW or Master Degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management/Human Resource Management or equivalent course
- For (Commercial) - Engineering Graduate preferably Mechanical or Science Graduate with P.G Diploma in Material Management or equivalent course
- For GET - Bachelors Degree in the relevant field of Engineering (Chemical /Mechanical /Electrical / Instrumentation / Civil)
- Except in the case of CA/ICWA, candidates should have First Class (minimum 60%) marks in the relevant discipline and pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

- Send the application through Speed Post/ Courier/ Registered Post along with attested copies of certificates / testimonials, recent passport size photograph ( super-scribing on the envelope the name of the post applied for) and a Demand Draft of `500 in favor of ‘Hindustan Insecticides Limited’ payable at New Delhi (SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from the application fee).
