Eligibility: Officer under the Central Government holding analogous post in the Stenographers’ cadre on regular basis in the parent cadre/department or with six years' regular service in the Senior Private Secretary grade in scale of payband-2 `9300-34800 plus grade pay of `4800 or with eight years' regular service in scale of payband-2 `9300-34800 plus grade pay of `4200 or equivalent.
