- Processing fees of `1000(non refundable) through Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘Finance Officer, KGMU UP’ payable at Lucknow should be attached with the application form.
- Self attested photocopies of all the relevant supporting documents must be enclosed with the application form.
- Send the complete application along with all the enclosures via Speed Post to the following address – The Registrar, King George’s Medical University, Lucknow – 226003 (Uttar Pradesh).
- Superscribe the envelope with the Advertisement No. and the Post applied for.
