Eligibility:

• Group/Senior Product Manager – MBA with specialization in Marketing and 8-10 years of experience in sales/ marketing/ product management of FMCG products with exposure of larger territories; Experience in SAP modules will have an added advantage.
• Global Sales Manager - MBA with specialization in Marketing and minimum 5years of experience in sales/ marketing of FMCG products preferably in global markets; Experience in SAP modules will have an added advantage.
• Deputy Manager (Biomedical) – B.E./ B.Tech. in Biomedical with minimum 3 years experience in maintenance and procurement of medical equipments in major hospital projects.
• Deputy Manager (Production) – B.Sc. in Chemistry and approval from Drugs Department as Manufacturing Chemist with minimum 18 years experience in condom manufacturing out of which 5 years in the operation of Richter Machine.
• Regional Manager (Hospital Products) - MBA with specialization in Marketing and minimum 3years of experience in sales/ marketing of surgical/ pharma/ hospital products.
• Scientist E-1 – Ph.D. in Chemistry – Synthetic Organic with relevant experience.
• Assistant Manager – MBA with minimum 1 year experience in clinical trial management, commercial activities and procurement

Age limit:

• Group/Senior Product Manager (Marketing)/ Deputy Manager (Production)/ Regional Manager (Hospital Products) – 45 years as on January 1, 2013
• Global Sales Manager/ Deputy Manager (Biomedical) - 40 years as on January 1, 2013
• Scientist E-1/ Assistant Manager - 37 years as on January 1, 2013

• Group/Senior Product Manager (Marketing) – Scale of Pay DGM - `29100-54500 / SM -`24900-50500
• Global Sales Manager - Scale of Pay `20600-46500
• Deputy Manager (Biomedical)/ Deputy Manager (Production)/ Regional Manager (Hospital Products)/ Scientist E-1 - Scale of Pay `16400-40500
• Assistant Manager - Scale of Pay `12600-32500
