Qualification: Passed the final examination of Company Secretary of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and should have Associate Company Secretary (ACS) Number.
Experience: Minimum 4 years (post qualification) experience in Secretarial Department in a reputed organization; out of which minimum 3 years experience should be as Company Secretary.
Salary: Payband Rs. 15600-39100 plus GP Rs. 7600 (approximate Rs.77000 per month) along with other admissible staff benefits as per the rules of this Corporation.
Age limit: Maximum 50 Years as on January 24, 2014.
