Qualification and experience: Full time regular B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from recognized Indian University/ Institute approved by AICTE; Post qualification experience of 23 years in PSUs/ Central/ State Govt. Utilities, out of which 13 years experience should be in Coal based Thermal Power Sector and 3 years experience should be in the level of E7 in the pay scale of (51300-3%-73000) (IDA); Out of the above experience, the candidate should have association of at least 5 years in the field of Engineering/ Construction/ Erection/ Testing & Commissioning/ Operation & Maintenance of Thermal Projects/ Plants of at least 200 MW
Pay scale: E8 grade in the pay scale of Rs.51300 - 3%- 73000 (IDA)
