The application form for Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre-Medical Test
(UP CPMT) 2013 is to be submitted online form April 15, 2013 onwards.
According to the details provided by the
administration of Chattrapati Shahuji Maharaj University, Kanpur, responsible
for conducting the CPMT 2013, the online application forms can be submitted
form April 15, 2013 to May 15, 2013.
