ICICI Bank Sales Academy (IBSA), along with Institute of Finance, Banking and Insurance (IFBI) offers a 4 weeks Certificate Course in Retail Banking Sales Management (CCRBSM), a residential course for graduates to enter into an exciting career in sales and marketing functions.
The program is a four-week residential course at NIIT University, Neemrana, Rajasthan (150 kms from Delhi on Delhi-Jaipur Highway).On successful completion of the course, candidates undergo 2 months of paid internship during which they are called Trainee Sales Officers. After internship candidates are absorbed as Sales Officer with ICICI Bank.
