The
Summer School Program of the Institute for Plasma Research (IPR), Gandhinagar
will be held from June 3, 2013 to July 12, 2013 for students interested in
pursuing a research career in Physics and Technology after M. Sc / B.E. /
B.Tech.
The
program gives students an opportunity to learn about Plasma and its applications
in nuclear fusion and industries. The course comprises of lectures on plasma
science, fusion and industrial technologies, and a short project related to
Plasma Science/Technology. The participants will have to work on a specific
project in association with a faculty member of the institute.
Selected
candidates will get a stipend of `10500 for the entire
period and a to and fro train fare (3rd AC) by the shortest route along with a
free hostel accommodation.
