National Insurance Company (NIC) Ltd. invites applications from Indian citizens on behalf of four leading Public Sector General Insurance Companies of India for recruitment of 2600 Assistants in Class III cadre.

Qualification: Graduate from a recognized University OR HSC/ Equivalent (XII) pass with 60% marks ( 50% marks for ex-serviceman/ SC/ ST/ PWD candidates)

Age limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years of age as on June 30, 2013; age relaxation applicable as per rules.

Salary: PB Rs. 7640-21050; Total emoluments amount to Rs. 15000 p.m. in the initial stage in a metro city.

  • After filling the complete application form, candidates should a print out of the bank challan form and deposit the application fee at the any SBI branch.
  • Application fee is Rs. 70 (inclusive of bank charges) for SC/ST/PWD/XS; Rs. 220 (inclusive of bank charges) for all other male candidates and Rs. 120 (inclusive of bank charges) for all other female candidates.
  • After 3 days of fee submission, candidates can check their application status and retain the challan form for future reference.
Online application can be submitted between May 18, 2013 to June 8, 2013.

Payment of application fee can be done from May 18, 2013 to June 12, 2013.
