• Consultant - Post Graduate Degree in Health Management / Social Sciences/ Health related field
• Consultant (Public Health Planning) - Post Graduation or higher qualification in Public health, Community health, Preventive & Social Medicine

Age limit:

• Consultant – Not above 35 years as on February 22, 2014
• Consultant (Public Health Planning) - up to 45 years as on February 22, 2014
