• Send the filled in application form along with a Demand Draft for `500 for General category candidates and `300 for SC/ST/PH candidates drawn in favor of  “NIRD-DEC-PGD-SRD” payable at Hyderabad at the following address - The Programme Co-ordinator, PGD- SRD, Distance Education Cell, NIRD, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad- 500030 (Andhra Pradesh).

Last date for applying is November 20, 2012.For candidates of North-Eastern States the last date to apply is November 30, 2012.
