Qualifications:

• Experienced Refinery Professionals (Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Mechanical) – Regular 4 years full time Bachelor Degree with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade (50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in relevant Engineering or Technology branch from a recognized Indian University or Institute.
• Dy. Manager (Medical Services) – A Physician with a MBBS degree (MD or equivalent is desirable) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade (50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates) from a recognized Indian University / Institute; Registration at State Medical Council or Medical Council of India; Three months Certificate Course viz. AFIH (Association Fellowship in Industrial Health) or DIH (Diploma in Industrial Health) or equivalent qualification from Central Labour Institute (CLI) or National Institute of Occupational Health (NIOH) of any recognized Government Institute.
• Medical Officer – A Physician with a MBBS degree (MD or equivalent is desirable) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade (50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates) from a recognized Indian University / Institute; Registration at State Medical Council or Medical Council of India; Three months Certificate Course viz. AFIH (Association Fellowship in Industrial Health) or DIH (Diploma in Industrial Health) or equivalent qualification from Central Labour Institute (CLI) or National Institute of Occupational Health (NIOH) of any recognized Government Institute.
• Public Relations/ Media Officer – Regular full time Bachelor Degree with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade (50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in any discipline from a recognized Indian University / Institute; Two year Post Graduate Qualification in Communication/ Advertising and Communication Management/ Mass Communication/ Public Relations with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade (50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates) from  a recognized Indian University / Institute.
• Packaging and Quality Control Officer – Regular full time Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Technology/ Science with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade (50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates) from a recognized Indian University / Institute; 2 years Full Time Post Graduate Qualification Degree / Diploma in Packaging with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade (50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates) from a recognized Indian University / Institute.
• Industrial Engineers – Regular 4 years full time Bachelor Degree with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade (50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in relevant Engineering or Technology branch from a recognized Indian University or Institute; Regular 2 years Full Time post-Graduation Qualification in Industrial Engineering with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade (50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates) from recognized Indian University / Institute.
• Safety Officers – Regular 4 years full time Bachelor Degree with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade (50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in relevant Engineering or Technology branch from a recognized Indian University or Institute; Degree or diploma in industrial safety recognized by the State Government of Tamil Nadu under their Factory rules (Central Labour Institutes or Regional Labour Institutes); Possess adequate knowledge of local language (Tamil).
• Chartered Accountants – Candidates should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI); Candidates applying for the post should be in possession of C.A. professional qualification completed in all respect at the time of applying for the post including completion of mandatory Articleship Training required for award of C.A. qualification.
