Eligibility:

• For MT (Technical) - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology (full time) in the branches of Aeronautical / Computer Science / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production, from the Institutes / Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities in the country. AMIE courses by Institute of Engineers (India) are also eligible. 
• For MT (Integrated Materials Management) - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology (full time) in the branches of Electrical / Mechanical / Production from Institutes / Universities  recognized by appropriate statutory authorities in the country. AMIE courses by Institute of Engineers (India) are also eligible. 
• For MT (Finance) - Bachelor's Degree with a pass in final examination of CA / ICWA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India. 
• For MT (Human Resources) - Bachelor's Degree with 2 years full time Post Graduate Degree / Diploma / MBA  / MSW / MA with specialization in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations from Institutes / Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities in the country. 

Age limit: Not above 28 years as on October 1, 2012. Relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/resident of Jammu & Kashmir/Ex-servicemen candidates as per rules.

How to apply:

• Candidates are required to apply online only through HAL Website - www.hal-india.com.
• General and OBC candidates should pay `400 as application fee (exempted in the case of SC / ST / PWD candidates).
• Candidate has to deposit application fees at State Bank of India (SBI) branch with the ‘Pay-in-Slip’ that generates while applying online.
• Bank charges of `25 is to be paid along with the application fees while making the deposit in ‘Hindustan Aeronautics Limited – Recruitment Account’ bearing No. 30969511830.
• On receipt of the application fee, the concerned SBI branch will enter a unique Journal Number in the ‘Pay-in-Slip’.
• Candidates should then log on HAL website and enter the details of payment of application fee i.e. Name & Code No. of SBI Branch, SBI Journal No., Date of Deposit of Application Fee in bank.

Online registration is begins from October 3, 2012.

Last date depositing application fees with SBI is October 18, 2012.

Last date for applying online is October 19, 2012 1200hrs.
