- M.Sc. in Radiological Physics or Medical Physics from a recognized University or M.Sc. in General Physics with one year postgraduate diploma course in Radiological or Medical Physics conducted by BARC or its equivalent.
- Candidates with two years experience of working in a Radiotherapy department/Medical Physics.
