Officers in Scale II and Scale III. Selection shall be on the basis of

Qualification: Candidate should be qualified Chartered Accountant form Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst (ICFAI) or qualified ICWA from Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or qualified MBA (Finance) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University or AICTE approved Reputed Institute.
Experience: Candidate should have minimum 2 years experience in the field of Credit in Scheduled Commercial Banks/ Financial Institutes as on June 30, 2014.
Age limit: Candidate should be in the age group of 25-35 years as on June 30, 2014
Remuneration:
- During the period of two years’ assignment, as Management Trainee, shall be eligible for consolidated lump-sum amount of Rs. 18000 p.m. in the first year and Rs.23000 p.m. in the second year.
- The selected Management Trainees, after completion of active two years satisfactory assignment as Management Trainee and found suitable shall be absorbed in Bank’s service as DRO’s in Officers Grade/Scale-I, at sole discretion of the Bank.
