Qualification and experience:
- Jt. Director (IEC) – PG degree in Social Sc./ Humanities or MBA; Minimum 8 yrs. of experience in the development/ health comm. including planning and implementation of TEC campaigns. Desirable – PG degree/ diploma in Mass Comm.; Experience in the field of advertisement, preparation of AV aids and display material; Knowledge of modern training techniques, AV media and proficiency in handling AV aids for training purpose.
- Dy. Director (M&E and Surveillance) – MD/ DNB (Community Medicine)/ Masters in Public Health or Health Administration or Applied Epidemiology; 3-5 yrs experience in the field of public health; working knowledge of computers including MS Office and SPSS. Desirable – Knowledge of epidemiological analysis, modeling & biostatistics; Experience of working in HIV/ AIDS programme or projects under government or bilateral or multi lateral agencies in India.
- Senior Medical Officer (ART Center) – MD in Medicine/ any clinical discipline or MBBS with Diploma in any clinical discipline having min. 3 years experience or MBBS plus Fellowship in HIV Medicine/ Diploma in Public Health with 3 years experience.
- Dy. Director (CST) – Degree in Medicine/ Nursing or Masters/ Diploma in Public Health/ health Management or Masters in Social Work or any other relevant field with min. 5 years of experience.
- Medical Officer (OST Center) – MBBS with valid registration from Medical Council; MD Psychiatry/ Diploma in Psychiatry Medicine (DPM) will be preferred.
- Assistant Director (Targeted Intervention) – PG in Social Work/ Sociology/ Psychology/ Anthropology/ Public Administration with 2 years experience in the field of social development/ health sector/ HIV ADIS sector of State. Desirable – Experience in working with HIV AIDS programme.
- Assistant Director (Youth Affair) – Masters degree in Social Work/ Sociology/ Humanities. Desirable – Member of NSS for 3 years/ C certificate holder of NCC. Maximum age 30 years.
- Staff Nurse (ART Center) – B.Sc. Nursing/ General Nursing and Midwife or ANM with min. 3 years of experience.
- ICTC Supervisor – PG degree/ diploma in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development; Min. 3 years experience as counselor in ICTC/ PPTCT/ STI/ ART centers run under NACP’ Working knowledge of computers, willingness to travel in peripheral levels of the district and valid driving license.
- Account Assistant (DAPCU) – Graduate in Commerce with Computer knowledge; Min. 2 years experience in Accounts; Candidates having certification in any accounting software will be preferred; Proficiency to read and write in English and local language; Candidates with experience in NACP will be preferred.
- Lab Technician – Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology with min. 1 years of experience or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology with min. 2 years of experience; Working knowledge of computers
- ANM (OST Center) – ANM; Preference to candidates with degree/ diploma in Nursing.
- Divisional Assistant – Graduation in any discipline; Ability to manage assigned task of the division; basic knowledge of computers
- Counselor (OST Center) –Graduation in Social Sc./ Psychology/ Humanities; Preference to candidates having training in counseling of drug users and experience of working with drug users.
- Data Manager (OST Center) – Graduate; Having formal training in Computer Applications.
- Attendant (Blood Transportation Van) – 8th pass; Age between 18-25 years.
- Cleaner (Blood Mobile Bus) – 8th pass; Age between 18-25 years.
- Lab Attendant – Matriculation from recognized board.
- Driver (Mobile ICTC) – 10th pass; Having valid driving license.
