from eligible candidates for the posts of Assistant Librarian in the Supreme
Court of India, New Delhi.
Position:
Assistant Librarian
Eligibility:
- Degree in Library Science from a recognized University.
- Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized University/Institute.
- Knowledge of computer operation in library work.
- Minimum two years experience in a Library of any Government organisation/recognized Educational or Research Institution.
Age limit:
- Candidates should be below 27 years as on January 1, 2013.
- Usual relaxation in age will be admissible to SC/ST/OBC/Physically Challenged/Ex-Servicemen as per Government Rules.
- There will be no upper age limit for those who are already working in the Registry of Supreme Court of India.
- Relaxation in upper age limit up to a maximum of 5 years will be considered in case of those Government Servants who are working in posts, which are in same line/allied cadre.
