Indian Navy invites Engineers as Short Service Commissioned Officers

The Indian Navy invites applications from unmarried male candidates to join the Indian Navy as Short Service Commission (SSC) Officers in Executive branch (General Service) and Technical branches.

Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech. with 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University for Technical/Submarine branches and 65% for Executive branch (GS).

Age limit: 19.5 to 25 years of age.

Physical Standards:

• Candidates must not be color blind/night blind.
• Minimum height of 157 cms and correlated weight.
• Eye sight of 6/24 without glasses and 6/6 with glasses for Technical branch.
• Eye sight of 6/12 without glasses and 6/6 with glasses for Executive branch.

How to apply:

• Candidates should submit the online application form ‘e-application’ on the website www.nausena-bharti.nic.in.
• After successfully submitting the application form, take two printouts of the same.
• Send one duly signed copy of this application form to the following address – Post Box No. 04, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi-110011.
• Enclose along with the application form the following documents – self-attested photograph, attested photocopies of HSC and SSC marksheets, and other such relevant documents.
