International Crops Research Institute for the
Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) is a non-profit, apolitical, international
organization for science-based agricultural development. ICRISAT seeks
applications from Indian nationals for the position of Scientific Officer to be
based at Patancheru, Andhra Pradesh. This is a nationally recruited position.
Position: Scientific Officer
Eligibility:
- MS/ M.Phil./ Master in Social Sciences (including Sociology, Anthropology, Nutrition, Home Sciences etc)
- Good knowledge of data management methods and ability to use spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, MS Access)
- Experience in fieldwork and good understanding of nutrition and gender research
