- O.T. Technician/ECG Technician/Plaster Technician/CSR Assistant /Auxillary Nurses and Midwife -- Pay Band -1 `5200-20200 + Grade Pay `2400
- Laboratory Assistant/Jr. Radiographer/Plaster Assistant/CSR Assistant -- Pay Band -1 `5200-20200 + Grade Pay `2000

- Payment of application fee can be done in any branch of Bank of Maharashtra on the bank challan form downloaded from the website.
- The application fee is `125 (plus bank collection charges) for Grade Pay up to `2000 and `225 (plus bank collection charges) for Grade Pay `2001 and above . Fee exemption for SC/ST/PWD/departmental candidates/female candidates and ex-servicemen.
- After applying online, candidates have to send the system generated application form with duly supported attested copies of the relevant certificates and marks statements along with Bank Challan by Ordinary Post to the following address – Post Box No. 8709, Andheri-East, Mumbai- 400069.
- The envelope containing the application should be superscribed - 'Application for the post of __, post code no. __'.
- Documents to be attached along with the application form are -- date of birth certificate, all educational qualification (along with marks sheet), technical/professional qualification along with mark sheets, registration certificate with the concerned council wherever required, caste certificate wherever required, experience certificate wherever required, completion of internship certificate wherever required, disability certificate in case of candidate with disabilities (physically challenged), discharge certificate for ex-serviceman, copy of challan/online payment receipt in support of payment of fee wherever required.
