'B' Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial post of Legal Assistant.
Position
and vacancy: Legal Assistant – 1
Eligibility:
- Officers under the Central Government and State Governments holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department or with six years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in the scale of pay of PB-1 `5200-20200 plus Grade Pay `2800 or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university or equivalent with two years’ experience in legal work.
- Armed Forces Personnel of the rank of Junior Commissioned Officer or equivalent who are due to retire or to be transferred to reserve within a period of one year and possessing the educational qualification and experience prescribed for deputationists can also apply.
Age
limit: Maximum 56 years as on the
date of the receipt of the application.
