Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal invites candidates to appear in the walk-in-interview for various vacancies of Research Personnel on contract basis for different projects of the RCNAEB.

Position and vacancy:

• Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – 1 post for project entitled ‘Financial Feasibility study of Community based Ecoturism spots in Odisha’.
• Project Research Associate-I (PRA-I) – 1post for project entitled ‘Tribal Women Empowerment in Forest Development Agencies’ Activities in Madhya Pradesh’.
• Senior Research Fellow (SRF) – 2 posts for Project-1 entitled ‘Vulnerability of Coastal Community to Climate Variability and Change: Role of Coastal Forest and Mangrove in Odisha’, Project-2 entitled ‘Study of Causes and Effects of depletion of Natural Forest Cover in Affected Forest Areas of Odisha’, Project-3 entitled ‘Study on local level forest and tree dependent communities in response of growing climatic stress in selected villages of MP’ and Project-4 entitled ‘Interventorisation of Assets created under EPA in NAP and study of their impact on livelihood of people in five selected FDAs in Chattisgarh’.

Eligibility:

• JRF -- Post Graduate Degree in Commerce/Economics from a recognized University with not less than 50% marks and one year of relevant experience.
• PRA-I -- Post Graduate Degree in 1^st Class in Sociology/Anthropology/Economics/M.Phil (NRM) /MBA (Marketing) /NET qualified with 2 years relevant experience and publication in professional journals and profound knowledge in computer and statistical (SPSS) package or Sociology/Anthropology/Economics/M.Phil (NRM) /MBA from a recognized University with not less than 50% marks/NET qualified with 3 years relevant experience and publication in professional journals and profound knowledge in computer and statistical (SPSS) package.
• SRF for Project-1 -- Post Graduate Degree in Botany/Forestry/Environmental Science/M.Phil (NRM)/Social Work/Sociology/MBA (Rural Development) with not less than 50% marks from a recognized University and two years of relevant experience.
• SRF for Project-2 -- Post Graduate Degree in Forestry/M.Phil (NRM)/PGDFM with not less than 50% marks from a recognized University and two years of experience in forestry projects.  Preference shall be given to candidate with work experience in Odisha State and working knowledge of Orria language.
• SRF for Project-3 -- Post Graduate Degree in Botany/Forestry/Environmental Science/M.Phil (NRM)/Social Work/Sociology/MBA (Rural Development) with not less than 50% marks from a recognized University and two years of experience.
• SRF for Project-4 -- Post Graduate Degree in Forestry/Economics/Environment Science/Biological Science with not less than 50% marks from a recognized University and two years of research experience. 

Salary:

• JRF -- Consolidated monthly emoluments shall be `14000 + 20% HRA (`2800) and `400 as reimbursement of medical insurance premium per month. 
• PRA-I -- Consolidated monthly emoluments shall be `20000 + 20% HRA (`4000) and `500 as reimbursement of medical insurance premium per month.
• SRF -- Consolidated monthly emoluments shall be `16000 + 20% HRA (`3200) and `400 as reimbursement of medical insurance premium per month.
