Research Personnel required in IIFM, Bhopal

Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal invites candidates to appear in the walk-in-interview for various vacancies of Research Personnel on contract basis for the consultancy project titled ‘NTFP Marketing including Certification’.

Position and vacancies: Subject Expert (Level-1) – 1 Post; Subject Expert (Level-2) – 3 Posts and Project Research Associates (I) – 3 Posts.

Eligibility:

• Subject Expert (Level-1) – 1st class or equivalent in PGDFM or Post Graduate Degree in Rural Development/Rural Management or M.Phil in Natural Resource Management. Excellent capabilities in documentation including data analysis, human skills in supervision and coordination, experience in the field of NTFP, Marketing or Certification.
• Subject Expert (Level-2) – 1st class or equivalent in PGDFM or Post Graduate Degree in Rural Development/Rural Management/Forestry/Economics or M.Phil in Natural Resource Management.   Excellent capabilities in Field studies and report preparation and human skills in supervision, coordination and NGO Networking.  Experience in the field of NTFP, Marketing or Certification and willingness to travel in the study area.
• Project Research Associates (I) -- 1^st Class Post Graduate Degree in Rural Development/ Forestry/Economics or M.Phil in Natural Resource Management/Forestry/Botany/ NET qualified with 2 years experience  in relevant field based studies  and publication in professional journals.  Good inter-personal communication skills, Rural/Natural Resource appraisal studies (PRA/FGD/Sample survey). Willingness to travel in the study area in U.P.

Salary:

• Subject Expert (Level-1) – Consolidated monthly emoluments of `35000 (inclusive of all)
• Subject Expert (Level-2) – Consolidated monthly emoluments of `30000 (inclusive of all)
• Project Research Associates (I) -- Consolidated monthly emoluments shall be `20000 + 20% HRA (`4000) and `500 as reimbursement of medical insurance premium per month.
